Reserve a Conference room or Event Space
The Workspace offers several options for private meetings and event space. We encourage anyone within the community -- as well as visitors to Leavenworth -- to utilize & reserve these spaces!
Large Conference Room (1-12 people)
This 275 sq ft room is equipped with a Webex Board which is a 60" touch screen with digital whiteboard, video conference end point, phone calls, and wireless screen share capabilities. The room also has its own Webex meeting license which can hold up to 1000 people, any video conference endpoint (which includes Skype 4 Business and Zoom) can dial into the Webex Meeting and the meetings can be recorded and the recording sent out later to participants.
$25/hr during business hours (8am-5pm)
$20/hr during non-business hours

Small Conference Room (1-6 people)
This 130 sq ft room is equipped with a Webex Room55d which is a video camera + speaker + 4k 55” screen and surround sound to provide a professional video conferencing experience. The Room55d also allows for phone calls and has its own Webex meeting license assigned to the room system which can hold up to 1000 people, any video conference person/endpoint (which includes Skype 4 Business and Zoom) can dial into the Webex Meeting and the meetings can be recorded and the recording sent out later to participants. If you happen to use other video conferencing services like Zoom we can help accommodate as well.
$15/hr during business hours (8am-5pm)
$10/hr during non-business hours
